Merged version of all patches - v5 fixes XML parsing error in mythmovies_da.ts, enables danish translation of mythnetvision, removes some old translations in setup.xml and updates almost all strings used in mythtv-setup after extensive QA testing. This will be the last patch before the final translation patch for the v0.23 release. The final patch will be uploaded on the 20th of February at latest.
