Description

Patch to disable building of the external library zeromq documentation. The documentation does not seem to be used within MythTV, and attempting to build the documentation can cause compilation failures if you have asciidoc/xmlto installed (auto-detected by the zeromq configure script), but have a broken docbook installation.
