LiveTV Up and Down arrows doesn't obey the channel order setting

Description

Pressing up and down for next and previous program will not obey the "Channel order" setting in LiveTV. The setting will also not be obeyed in the "Channel browse mode".

The following patch seems to fix the problem.

This patch doesn't do anything unless you have a mysql problem.

Do you get any warnings from the backend about your channel order?

What is your channel ordering method?

Please give an example of this failing, with a descripion and logs (backend -v channel, frontend -v playback).
