11481	uPnP URLs Fail In DST Time	mh_acct2@…	dblain	"Since the UK switched to DST (GMT +1) the uPnP server no longer serves up recordings.  The recorded video files are ok as I can copy them over to my MediaTomb directory and they play fine.  Programs recorded prior to the UK DST changeover date (31st March) are served up ok.  In addition, the URL in my frontend log looks wrong, for example
upnp://fc2dc9e1-fa2f-4f06-8bc3-0f62c0cbd5fd/RecTv%2f0%2fitem%3fChanId%3d1004%26amp%3bStartTime%3d2013-04-07T20%3a00%3a00Z
- this program was recorded at 9PM (GMT +1) rather than 8PM, and I suspect that this is the root of the problem.  Going back through old recordings, I can play files going back to 28th October, but recordings before that (that I'm 99.9999% sure played OK) no longer work, and this coincides with the date that UK DST ended.

My backend version (I wasn't sure whether to choose 0.25.2 or the fixes tree) is:
