11643	Language changes in mythweb are not observed	mythtv@…	Rob Smith	"Running mythweb 0.26.0-3.fc19 in Fedora 19, I am seeing problems with changing the language.  Everything stays in English, which is my default locale.  This might be a problem for someone whose native tongue isn't English.

At first, all of the time formats in Settings :: TV :: My Session were blank.  Changing the language to English-CA populated the time format values.  Changing to any other language failed to alter those values, or the language for the rest of the interface.
