Ceton Eth 6 cannot record using existing Ceton driver

Description

It appears that the Ceton Eth6 does not like having the tuner set to frequency 0. This may also be an issue with newer revisions of the Ceton 4 as well.

Attached patch removes calls that tune to frequency 0, and appears to resolve the issue.

I have NOT tested to see how this impacts power draw.

Also worth noting, Ron Frazier has reached out to Ceton to see if there is a new way to get the old behavior. A ticket to Ceton support simply resulted in a "don't do that" recommendation.
