Relax Vbox version check in mythtv-setup

Description

Relax VBox version check in mythtv-setup for VBox network tuners.

Currently the check starts with "VB.", to cater for all firmware versions change to start with "V". Patch attached.

I have version VJ.2.54 (provided to me by VBoxcomm support) which currently fails checks in mythtv-setup in master. Patch should also be applicable to Fixes/0.28 (not tested).

XTi-3442 is that the new 3rd generation Dual DVB-T2?

Yes it is new 3rd generation Dual DVB-T2. Originally it was shipped with VB.2.53.VBoxcomm support provided a later version VJ.2.54 to resolve a problem.

It works great with mythfrontend master on my test system, with the patch applied.
