Description

Feature patch - support tuning with the freqid translation in the channel table for ExternalRecorder(s).

This patch supports the channel translation provided by a freqid in the channel table, which may be used by OCUR style ExternalChannel recorders and/or shared videosources between recorders.

Lightly tested with a prototype external recorder.

btw, I forgot my usual forward looking comment about the dev that applies this should consider bumping the API version (but my provided patch cannot do so to avoid conflict).
