minizip 2.8.6 breaks build of MythGame plugin

Description

minizip 2.8.6 (included with Fedora 30) breaks the plugin build for MythGame.

This failure to build can be seen on the fedora rawhide builder plugins configure step output (minizip required to compile mythgame).

With this version of minizip, the includes have moved from under /usr/include/minizip to being somewhat restructured and renamed and are now directly under /usr/include.

The plugins configure script tests and rom_metadata.cpp usage look to be needed to be updated.
