13596	Subtitles partly displayed on WINK/CBS channel	Hans Dingemans	Jim Stichnoth	"When displaying the default subtitles (ATSC CC!), only every other line of subtitle text is displayed; the missing lines are displaying a black box, which seem to correspond with the text that should be there, but either the text is black or it is missing.

Note that this is ONLY on one channel (WINK/CBS on ATSC), AND it is only a problem during the ""content"" shows; during the commercials it works fine.

A work-around is switching subtitles to ""VBI"", in that case all subtitles are displayed, but with a transparent background (so hard to read, but this might be the expected behaviour).
