Changeset 9376 & AMD64 causes choppy sound when timestretch is turned on

Description

If I enable timestretch on my Athlon64 with svn version 9376 or later, the sound is choppy. Kinda like someone tapping their fingers over their mouth as they speak.

If I revert the libmythsoundtouch portion of changeset 9376, then the problem goes away.

(In [9588]) Update libsoundtouch to 1.3.1 (few tiny changes). Disable mmx accel in there for x86-64 - quality issues, otherwise.
