1764	-O/--override-setting doesn't work for GetSettingOnHost	david.asher@…	cpinkham	"The overridenSettings map is only checked in MythContext::GetSetting, not in MythContext::GetSettingOnHost, so it was impossible to override settings such as UseChromaKeyOSD from the command line.  This patch adds that ability.

Note that the key must include the host, for example:
