ch5 HD test mux uses a currently unsupported h264 encoding. Debug output from libavcodec

[h264 @ 0xb72e2168]MBAFF + spatial direct mode is not implemented

Requires upstream ffmpeg support

I've tested the latest ffmpeg against my test clip and it no longer complains about MBAFF being unimplemented.

Handing this off to Janne as he's testing the latest merge of the ffmpeg libs

We have the same issues with the NZ DTT Test transmissions in NZ. Currently partially resolved in ffmpeg as it no longer crashes, but there are a lot of blocky artefacts in the video stream.
