2064	Share the same instance of RtspComms in Freebox(Recorder|SignalMonitor)	mythtv@…	danielk	"The signal monitor added in [10434] opens a second rtsp stream. Since then, I can watch the first ""tuned"" channel, but can't change to another one. My problem is that I do not have enough dsl bandwidth to open two concurent streams.
The following patch does the following :
 * fix my bandwidth problem by moving the RTSPComms to the FreeboxChannel, and reuse the same instance for the Recorder and the SignalMonitor.
 * fix the two ""TODO free resources"" in rtspcomms.cpp
 * fix a compilation warning in freeboxmediasink.h (similar to #1992)"	enhancement	closed	minor	0.20	mythtv	head	low	fixed			0
