When watching DVB recordings with subtitles enabled, if user enters to the Teletext Menu and then exists from there back to watching the recording, subtitles are no longer enabled. NuppelVideoPlayer should re-enable subtitles when teletext mode is exited (probably in NuppelVideoPlayer::DisableTeletext()).
