2483	Mythweb does not allow to set negative priorities for recording rules	bolek-mythtv@…	xris	"On the Mythweb program detail screen, setting the priority to a negative value and clicking on ""Update Recording Settings"" has the effect of setting the priority to 0. The right value is displayed on the ""updated"" screen but it's saved as 0 to database.

The attached patch fixes it.
