HOWTO - move recordedseek when moving data to new hardware

Description

Now that the seek information has been moved from recordedmarkup to recordedseek, we need to move one more table when moving data to new hardware.

(In [11771]) v0.20.09, 2006-11-17. Update backup portion now that there's an additional table. Closes #2696.
