Some TV channels sends different langauges in left and right stereo channel. For example Canal Digital Scandinavia sends Cartoon network with two audio pids but four languages. They send for example Norwegian in the left and swedish in the right channel. And on another audio pid they send danish and finnish. Canal Digital own set-top boxes fixes but not mythtv :(
