Description
When using mythweb to insert metadata for a movie, the popup doesn't send the UTF8 charset, which causes loss of special characters.
Attached a small patch that should fix this.

(In [13036]) Closes #2924, this should update the mythvideo edit page to send UTF-8. It seems to work fine with my standard (8859-1), so let me know if it causes any strange behaviour with other charsets
