Description

since the stability of dvd playback has improved, I decided to turn back on wrapTimecode() function when in the main dvd feature.

Tested it out on about 10 dvds. No problems so far.

will continue testing and probably apply patch some time next week.

Had a problem where if I use the chromakey OSD, the dvd playback is a little jerky. With this change, i get stable playback.

(In [12640]) Refs #2963. internal dvd player: enable wraptimecode() on dvds when in the main title. this should hopefully resolve minor dvd jerky playback problems.
