mythmusic doesn't detect ejected CD

Description

I have MythMusic configured to automatically play a music CD when inserted.

This works well, but if I press the eject button on the CD drive while the disc is playing, the tray is ejected and MythMusic continues to "play", making strange sounds.

I propose that MythMusic should detect the CD being removed and automatically stop playing.

I haven't tested it yet, but I think Stuart just committed a fix for this in [13650] (SVN head) and [13651] (0-20 fixes).

I've fixed this particular case, where autoplay is enabled and the CD is ejected. However the problem remains when autoplay is disabled, I'm working on a fix for that now.
