Description
When hitting '3' in MythMusic to edit the playlist, a dialog comes up telling me: "Could not locate 'music-' in theme 'database box'. Returning to the previous menu." Then mythfrontend segfaults. The attached patch fixes this (the dialog popping up, not the segfault).

(In [13416]) Missed one of the BatabaseBox constructors when I changed the signature as part of [13411]. Thanks Jens(?) for the quick patch. Closes #3417
