refs #2078 broken since [13146]

I can't reopen #2078 due to trac error, guess it may be because trac is now running 0.11dev (trunk).

Anyway I will attach a patch to remove the left over labels in the wide-screen controls-ui.xml, I suspect it was missed because it isn't in the plugin source directory.

(In [13740]) Remove some unneeded text from the default-wide version of controls-ui.xml. Should have been removed in [13146]. Patch by Roo.
