Adjust MythCenter-wide clock font size and Upcoming Recordings column spacing

Description

This patch updates the MythCenter-wide theme by:

i) making the default text size of the clock slightly smaller and right-aligns it, and
ii) altering the spacing of the first two columns in the Upcoming Recordings list to give more space to the channel information, which on my system runs into the title column, whilst the date/time column has more than enough space.
