363	Add selective grabbing to the DBOX2 EPG grabber	justin.hornsby2_at_ntlworld.com (juski)	Isaac Richards	"I'm a happy user of Levon's excellent DBOX2 patch - but I thought it'd be nicer if it grabbed the EPG selectively according to the contents of the 'useonairguide' column for each channel... so here it is.  It's a bit of a hack, but see what you think.  I'm not quite up to the task of adding the 'use on air guide' checkbox to the channel editor screen, so I left that well alone (for now)... If you want a particular dbox2 channel to be skipped in the EPG grab, set the 'useonairguide' field in the channel table to 0.
