Description

Vertical distorted zoom - helpful while watching 16:9 broadcast on 4:3 mode - removing top and bottom horizontal bars (zooms vertically) without touching picture width

Heh, I was thinking of implementing this as my trivial patch for 0.21.

(In [15849]) Fixes #3958. Instead of adding another zoom mode or aspect override this allows you to change the aspect ratio of the video in the manual zoom mode using the volume up and volume down keys.

What if you need to change the volume up or down while in this screen? (I don't, because I use a receiver - just asking the question).
