Description
This patch adds the ability to choose to Add to Top of Queue or Add to Bottom of Queue from the Browse Menu.

(In [15422]) Add a menu item to allow insertting a new DVD at the top of the NetFlix queue instead of at the bottom. Existing 'add' menu item becomes 'Add to Bottom of Queue' and new menu item is 'Add to Top of Queue'.
Closes #3998 using modified patch from Britney Fransen.
