MythTV Default player skips a few seconds ahead/finishes too early

Description
The Internal MythTV player starts late and finishes early (i.e. misses a few seconds at start and end of playback). The OSD still displays 0:00 at the start even though it has missed a few seconds.
Full details can be found at URL below. As I have a similar problem I though I would add a ticket.

Daniel - I can confirm this as well. Let me know if there's anything I can provide to help troubleshoot. I agree with Otto - it's the most annoying with short clips and especially music videos.

(In [16187]) Moves av_read_frame_flush to after we do a ScanStreams().
This seems to solve the problem were we are starting a few seconds into a video but thinking we were at the start.
Closes #4359

Using 0.21. I still experience this problem. The Internal Player now starts virtually at the beginning of the video (only misses about 250ms off the beginning which is much better) but it now/still misses about 3 to 4 seconds off the end of the video.
