Change Upcoming Recordings in MythWeb not show duplicate and deactivated recordings by default

Description
The attached patch causes duplicate and deactivated entries to, by default, not show up in Upcoming Recordings. This results in a cleaner display that still contains all the information most people will need. People who really want to see duplicates and deactivated entries can of course reenable it with the checkboxes, but my guess is that few wwill.

(In [15883]) Fixes #4628, this sets the default view for upcomming recordings to not show duplicate or deactivated recordings by default. Likely a little more useful for people right off the bat. Thanks Yeechang, but in the future, can you do a real diff (svn diff) and attach it with a extention of .diff or .patch? Thanks!
