Adding entreies in Playback Profiles. "pref_priority" parameter not created in database

Description

After adding new entry to a "Video Playback Profile", sorting does not work correctly as the appropriate "pref_priority" entry is not created in the "displayprofiles" table.

confirmed the problem, pref_priority is only set if you actually play with the priorities the first time you set up the new profiles.
