Description

The error dialogs the NVP produces cause reliable segfaults on Qt4 asserts.

(In [17122]) Refs #5242. Disables NVP error reporting until Qt4 segfaults are fixed.

(In [19494]) Refs #5242. Remember NVP exit reasons so we can put use a MythUI dialog launched in tv_play.cpp to display the error message once the watch recordings screen is ported.

(In [19614]) Fixes #5242. Restore NVP error messages on fatal errors.

We lost these during the Qt4 port, but now that the 'Watch Recordings' screen is ported to MythUI, we can restore them using a MythUI dialog box.
