mythweb recorded programs screen crashes mythbackend

Description

Using latest svn ([7812]) of mythweb and mythtv, viewing the "Recorded Programs" page crashes the backend. The problem might occur on other pages too.

I don't know when this problem was introduced.

User Notice at /var/www/mythweb/includes/mythbackend.php, line 163: Unexpected response to MYTH_PROTO_VERSION 'MYTH_PROTO_VERSION 20': Fatal Error at /var/www/mythweb/includes/mythbackend.php, line 36: Unable to connect to mythbackend, is it running?

The system administrator has been notified and the problem will be remedied shortly.

Also crashes/freezes while browsing the recordings in mythfrontend.

(In [7813]) Don't send out RECORDING_LIST_CHANGE events when we update inuseprograms if we're called from the backend. Should fix #624.
