This causes live tv to exit and fail to start again as the starting channel cannot be tuned to.

Eg. Currently watching channel A, try to change to channel B but for whatever reason chanel B can't be tuned to. Live TV exits, you select Live TV from the menu which causes live tv to start at channel B, fails to tune again, exits, you select live tv, your in a bad time loop.
