Video playback uses menu size instead of video size to size video in fallback modes

Description

The way to test is to set your menu size to something small like 600x400 on a 1920x1080 display and tell mythtv not to use the full screen for playback, then set your playback profile to include something that can't playback a certain video file, say XvMC when you plan to play back a MPEG-4 AVC file. Now play that file. The playback will occur in a tiny portion of the upper right hand corner of the screen, rather than using the full screen.

Note: When not falling back, say choosing the High Quality Profile rather than CPU++, playback will use the full screen.
