mythcommflag QWidget error while running using --video (svn 21143)

Description

Hi,

if using mythcommflag to rebuild seektable, 21143 version gives the following error.

QWidget: Cannot create a QWidget when no GUI is being used

just run mythcommflag this way to reproduce the problem

mythcommflag --video <filename>
