Description
if I call ./configure with --dvb-path=$PATH_TO_SOURCE_OF_RUNNING_KERNEL it doesn't detect that the kernel (2.6.32.4) has dvb-s2 support.
If I copy the include file into /usr/include it work.

I suspect you're missing a /include in $PATH_TO_SOURCE_OF_RUNNING_KERNEL
works here with kernel 2.6.31.4 and 2.6.32-rc5
