7996	GUI Offset Not Working	Britney Fransen <britney.fransen@…>	paulh	I upgraded from .22-fixes to trunk (23359) and it seems that the x & y offset settings (Setup-->Appearance-->Screen Settings) are not being applied in trunk.  The height and width are working but GUI is pined to 0,0 offset on the screen.  I checked the db and GuiOffsetX & GuiOffsetY do have values (50 & 21).
