8221	Compile error since 0.23 r23736	cthauber@…	Isaac Richards	"Ever since r23736 (last successful rev.), one of my frontends is getting a compile error.
I have 1 dedicated backend, and 2 virtually identical dedicated frontends (same hardware, installed the same).
The problem occurs on 1 of the 2 frontend machines.

Actually, the two lines relating to 'GetALSAPCMDevices()' only showed up in the last few days, but the the other errors have been there for a while.
