This works fine using NWS and some other providers. However, other providers e.g. yr.no doesn't provide the pop value. Instead they provide the anticipated amount of precipitation (in mm) for a period. I think myth should be capable to display this value to the user if the pop value isn't available.

This affects the grabber interface. It's probably best to just let the grabber send either pop or precipitation, and let myth handle the situation.
