Remove the FreeType library dependency

Description

Following the merge of the libmythui-osd branch, the freetype library is (I think) now only used by the MHEG code (MHIContext) which should be converted to use libmythui functionality anyway.

Package maintainers will also need to be aware of the change if it is removed.
