8725	Fallback to ID3v1 when ID3v2 is not found	mythtv@…	paulh	"I was a little disappointed when I found out that MythTV 0.22 (I think) dropped support for ID3v1 tags within MP3 files within MythMusic. When I did some investigation, I found out that it only tries to pull an ID3v2 tag and skips any ID3v1 tag. I have many MP3 files that only have ID3v1 because I typically only create ID3v2 tags when it will not fit in an ID3v1 tag.
