Enter Watch Recordings 2. Scroll down into one particular title 3. Choose an episode within that title 4. Menu, Recording Options, Change Recording Title 5. Change subtitle (not title) This results in that episode disappearing from the view. If I force a refresh, e.g. by going into the list of titles and going up one then down one again, the episode will reappear with its new subtitle. This doesn't happen in the All Programs view, only if you've chosen a specific title.
