9419	Alsa buffer under run	bernhart2002@…	JYA	"Video files with MPEG-4 AAC audio codex with a bit rate of 16kbps causes the audio to hicup. The audio for these files worked fine in 0.23 and play prefect with gstreamer. The audio sample rate is 48000 hz.
