Description
The DVR theme does not reference the mythnetvision plugin.
The patch adds the mythnetvision plugin to the same menu as all of the other plugins.

PS, patch is also wrong. Should use same language as the other menu themes and ALL of MNV, not half of it.

The patch is a verbatim copy of the mythnetvision plugin lines from mythtv/themes/classic/mainmenu.xml so if it is wrong then so is that file. Hopefully somebody who knows which one of the menu themes is correct can make sure that all of them are the same and up to date.
