9450	RPM packaging improvements	jokajak@…	xris	"since the migration to git/github the packaging component isn't fully functional yet for rpms.  i've implemented some improvements in my fork on github and can issue pull requests if desired.  i performed my enhancements on the 0.24 branch and then forward ported them so there might be some relics

the general changes are:

* ignore myth*.bz2 files
* include gitwebdir and gitthemesdir in rpms/build_myth.sh
* update mythtv-themes.spec for git
* update mythweb.spec for git
