I traced this to {{{$_SERVER['PATH_INFO']}}} returning /mythweb/mythweb.php in include/sorting.php:get_sort_link() when it is expected to return /tv/upcoming, for example.

I fixed it by changing this to {{{$_GET['PATH_INFO']}}}

This worked on debian lenny, running php version 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny9 
but not on debian squeeze running php version 5.3.3-7+squeeze1
