Mythweb only shows up to four encoder/capture methods — at Version 1

Encoder 1 is local on cosmos and is not recording.
Encoder 2 is local on cosmos and is not recording.
Encoder 3 is local on cosmos and is not recording.
Encoder 4 is remote on construct (currently not connected).

This bug probably belongs with mythtv, since mythbackend feeds backend status.... but...even if you have more than 4 encoders, only 4 encoders are displayed. In the the example above, 6 encoders exist, with 4 of 6 being online. It would be nice to see the status of all encoders.
