This crash happened when I was ffwd/rewinding to the start of the show "Law and Order" or something like that.

This crash (IIRC) happened when starting to watch the show. Perhaps the myth.log tells what happened.

These logs are not from a crash. I watched the show. I've noticed that this show does not seem to be shown with 
a steady frame rate... What I mean, is that it seems to run faster, then slower, then again faster, then slower.
The rhythm of this is perhaps one cycle in second. It shows pretty well at the beginning of the show, when the 
title gets "zoomed" in. Don't know if the "Video is 3.x frames ahead of audio" lines in the log is relevant or 
not.
