Extend EIT parser to handle 3DTV signalling

Description

Add new component types to the AVC descriptor. 3DTV will appear as HDTV in the guide. According to the spec a 2D receivers can still show the half (horizontal) resolution picture for one eye.

Milestone: unknown → 0.26

This one should be targeted on 0.26 as there are potentially UI indicators to add as well.
