MythCenter-wide osd.xml cuts off channel number

Description

Browsing livetv, when channel changing, osd.xml does not provide enough space for the channum, although there is enough room in the display space. The channum is truncated to an ellipsis. The description is also crowded and may be cut off.

Also while browsing livetv, there is no display of the channel number in the info display. Attached diff re-arranges the display space for livetv channel changing to provide more room for the description, and provides enough space for even long channel numbers (ex. 117_3). Also adds channum to the info display.

Oops, I attached an old version of the diff. New version, taken against master, October 28, as follows:

Geoff, two problems:

1/ The channel number in browse mode now ends up under the icon graphic 2/ The channel number in the info screen is not aligned with the other text in the same row.

Can you come up with an updated version that fixes those issues?

Further to off-TRAC email to DTK, I am attaching 4 diffs to make minor changes to spacing and display on the osd, watch recordings, delete recordings and program guide pages. Not sure of exactly what is wrong with the OSD and therefore cannot fix. These diffs are applied to a git close from Monday at 18:10 specifically: mythfrontend version: master [v0.25-beta-8-gdd9a92a-dirty] I hope these can make it into the release version.
